Once you place an order on our website, you'll see a confirmation page with an order number, a summary of your order details, and a QR code. You'll need to bring this QR code to your location in order to pick up your peaches.
You should also receive a confirmation email with this same information. If you don't see an order confirmation in your inbox after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
If you don't have a confirmation email from us, there are two possible explanations:
- There may be a typo in the email address you entered during the checkout process
- There may have been an issue with your payment and your order did not process
If you saw an order confirmation page at the end of the checkout process but you don't have a confirmation email, it's possible there's a typo in your email address.
If you do not remember seeing an order confirmation page at the end of the checkout process, it's possible your order was not completed. In this case, you may have a pending charge on your bank statement from the initial purchase attempt, but it will clear after a few business days.
In either case, you can contact our Customer Experience team to verify your order. If we have it, we can re-send your confirmation email.
